Ronaldo and Ricardo may sound like a pair of skillful midfielders, but our creativity didn't cut it in the football pitch. So we use it to create massive integrated brand campaigns or to the point tactical executions. It's all fun.

Ronaldo Tavares

I'm an Integrated Creative who started my career as a graphic designer. I have worked at the main agencies around the globe like DDB Brazil in São Paulo and McCann in London. Currently I´m Creative Director at Fallon London.

I've won many awards such as Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio, El Ojo, Wave and CCSP (São Paulo Creative Club) among others.

I have two nationalities: Brazilian and Portuguese.

I'm passionate about this profession and I think this is the best time ever to be a creative just because we are now limitless.

I believe in the power of ideas. They can truly make real changes, be relevant and inspire people to be better.

I love co-creation: working with people different from me. I think it is not just to get things done, but also to feed off the creative energy that only exists when people come together.

I'm a very focused and goal-driven person. 

In my free time, I do some photography and calligraphy.

I don't like aubergine.

And I'm addicted to sports.

Ricardo Motti

After surviving a painful career as a telecommunications lawyer and a brief stint as a photojournalist, I decided to work with advertising. Eight years later, I'm still happy about that choice.

I have been lucky to polish my skills at São Paulo, Minneapolis and Boulder (USA) and to work at top agencies with amazing professionals.

In the last few years, I worked at CUBOCC/FLAGCX (IPG) as Concept Leader for Spotify, Coca-Cola and Unilever Foods. This means I did some creative direction, some planning, lots of writing and lots of Keynote decks.

My favorite thing in advertising is bringing an idea from an one-line concept — say, "a coffeemaker for dogs!" — to a full strategic & creative presentation and then a well-executed campaign.

I currently like:

Karaoke, photography exhibits, Tyler the Creator, promising to write on Medium, half marathons, Sri Lanka, short animation films, Spotify, muay thai, Goodreads, gourmet burgers, Boston Celtics, notebooks, Minneapolis, urban biking.
